At EASY PICK STORE, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
